Service Technician Assistant
Houston County Personnel is developing a register for the Service Technician Assistant position. This job performs a variety of routine tasks required for the maintenance and repair of automotive and heavy equipment. Repairs tires and maintains records of work performed.
Job Summary
- Performs a variety of routine tasks for automotive and heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Tire inspection, shop assistant, and knowledge of shop equipment and automotive equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to read and write English plus six months experience in servicing automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment, or and equivalent combination of education and experience.
Starting Salary: Grade 14 ($14.82-$22.42)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
