Agenda Request Form
Anyone wishing to be on the agenda or provide public input at a meeting can do so by submitting our Privileges of the Floor form. This form can be submitted electronically or printed and mailed to the Administrative Assistant for the Board of Commissioners.
Requests to be on an agenda must be submitted by noon on the Wednesday before a regular meeting date, while speakers desiring to provide public input must submit the form at least one hour before the meeting.
Printed and completed forms can be returned to the Administrative Assistant to the Houston County Commission for review and consideration by the Chairman, or the Acting Chairman in the event the Chairman is unavailable.
