Under and by virtue of a decree of the  Probate Court of said County, I will on Tuesday May 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. central daylight savings time, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest bidder, for cash, within the legal hours of sale on 3rd floor of the Administrative building 462 N. Oates St., Dothan, Alabama, the following parcels of real estate assessed to the individuals named, for the payment of taxes, fees, costs and interest as shown.
