Cost

We accept cash or debit or credit cards. A 2.5% additional charge for anyone using debit or credit cards.

Marriage Certificates Only

Recording of Marriage Certificate: $80
Recording of Marriage Certificate Correction: $80

A couple can not sign a marriage certificate before sixty (60) days of a final divorce decree.

Instructions

You may obtain a certified copy of your marriage certificate in one of two ways:

  1. In-person
    Come into the Probate office with a valid photo identification.
  2. Via USPS mail
    You must submit a written request to the Probate Office. The written request must include the following information:
    • Full Name of EACH spouse.
    • Copy of your valid photo identification
    • Money Order for payment ($3.00 per certified copy)
      A money order needs to be made out to Judge Patrick H. Davenport
    • Self-addressed stamped envelope
