Guidelines for Permits

• A completed building permit application
• An approved Health department to Install an O.S.S
• A Plot Plan/Survey with a Footprint of the Structure on it.
• $100 Payment for Building Permit

Guidelines for Permits in a Floodzone

• One set of plans
• $100 payment for building permit
• $50 payment for flood plain permit
• Must check elevation after the lowest floor is installed, before walls go up
• All mechanical must meet BFE requirements
• Homeowner must also follow guidelines in building resolution

Permit Pricing

• Construction of a House: $100 for building permit
• Flood Zone: $50 for flood zone permit
• Relocation of a used home: $100 charge to move on county roadways
• Installing a mobile home: $100 charge to move on county roadways
